Franco Rinaldin, Senior Partner, joined Fromm in January 2000. Franco was previously with Microwarehouse Canada Limited/Inmac (now CDW Canada) as Senior Human Resources Manager. Franco’s long-standing association with Fromm began in the late 80’s when he was placed by Fromm for the first of 3 times in progressive accounting positions with large organizations including General Mills, William Neilson, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Burnac Corporation.
Franco’s own loyalty and commitment to the Fromm business model is reflected through his many candidates who he has successfully placed in progressive positions in their careers - many of whom are now CFO's/CEO's. Franco's clients say they most appreciate his passion and genuine desire to understand the client's unique business model and the careful attention and highly personalized approach that he brings to the recruitment process. Franco is told by his clients that he an extension of their corporate HR team.
Franco is also Certified as a Master Coach and he is registered with the Certified Coaches Federation. Franco provides Business, Career and Life Coaching to professionals seeking or experiencing transitions in their careers and their lives. Franco's unique perspective in the coaching process has been honed by years of field experience working as an accountant, human resources manager, recruitment manager and as co-owner of a boutique recruitment firm. The individual and group coaching services are provided by Partners Coaching, the Toronto-based subsidiary of Fromm Search Group Inc., which was Co-Founded by Franco in 2011.
Franco's other passions include keeping active playing volleyball, baseball, cycling and golf. Franco shares his greatest moments in life with his highschool science lab-partner and wife Liz.

Janice Webber, Senior Partner joined Fromm in 2003. Janice holds her CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant and CPP, Canadian Personnel Professional. Janice is also Past President of ACSESS, Toronto Chapter 1997/98 and has held Management positions with leading personnel service firms in the GTA. Janice is also Certified as a Master Coaching Practitioner and registered with the Certified Coaches Federation. Janice provides Business, Career, and Group Coaching to professionals seeking or experiencing transitions in their lives and their careers. The Coaching division of Fromm Search Group Inc., known as Partners Coaching, was Co-Founded by Janice in 2011.

Janice is able to offer an unparalelled recruitment perspective to each of her clients and candidates. Janice is highly respected in the Recruitment industry and she is known to her clients & candidates for her long-standing dedication to improving the careers of business professionals.
When Janice is not serving her clients & candidates with the highest professional standards, she is travelling, working out regularly at the gym and going on long walks. Janice spends good times with her many friends and devotes quality time to her 4 highly accomplished sons, their equally highly accomplished wives and her 10 amazing and adorable grandchildren.
