90 Days Replacement Credit - First 30 Days 100% credit, Next 60 Days 50% credit.

In all cases, should the employee leave your company for any reason within the guarantee period, Fromm Search Group Inc. will provide a full credit or a 50% credit to your account to be applied against any future permanent hire(s), as applicable per the above schedule. The replacement guarantee will be honoured once, and is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of the employee’s departure, against any future placement fee.

The fee based on the schedule is effective when a candidate presented to you verbally or in writing by Fromm Search Group Inc. for any position, is employed by your firm, one of its subsidiaries, or any firm to which you may refer them, for any position, within a 12 month period. The interviewing of any candidate referred to you verbally or in writing by our agency constitutes acceptance of the terms hereof.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Fromm Search Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Fromm”) and each of the directors, officers, employees and shareholders of Fromm (hereinafter referred to as the “Personnel”) harmless from and against any and all expenses, losses, claims, actions and liabilities, joint or several (including the aggregate amount paid in reasonable settlement of any action, suit, proceeding or claim and the reasonable fees and expenses of its counsel that may be incurred in advising with respect to and/or defending any claim that may be made against Fromm) to which Fromm and/or its Personnel may become subject or otherwise involved in any capacity under any statute or common law or otherwise insofar as such expenses, losses, claims, damages, liabilities or actions arise out of or are based, directly or indirectly, upon the performance of the services rendered to you by Fromm and its Employees.
